Hi Everyone,

We are on Windows 2000 Professional client computers. We
have differents logons. When I log onto my username and
password after clicking Ctrl + Alt + Del, I get a message
box saying that this is a property of our company and
other message. I would like to know how to get this
message on my home computer where also I have Windows 2000
Professional with my other logon username.

Any help is muchly appreciated.

regards
David

Log in as administrator, then: Administrative Tools>Local Security
Policy>Security Options, write Message text (and Message title) for users
attempting to logon

When I try to do that I get a box saying that "You do not
have the permission to perform this operation". And below
is says Access Denied.
We have admin rights though and we on client computers.

You said that you need that option for your home computer.
The advice you got works provided that your home computer is configured for
workgroup and you attempted the operation with administartive rights.
However, if your home computer is member of a domain, settings at
site/domain/ou level may override local settings.
