how can you change the logon screen background in windows
XP Professional edition? not the "Welcome screen" the
other one where you have to enter your user name and
password

Hi Adam,

If you meant to change the default wallpaper for your machine, open the
registry editor (Start >> Run REGEDIT ) and navigate to
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop and double click on 'wallpaper' on
the right pane and enter the full path to the wallpaper of your choice.
