Logon Screen

I have recently reinstalled XP Home It's fully updated. I cannot switch to
the welcome screen where it shows each account. I have tried "change the way
users log on or off" The only thing that changes is the log off. When I log
on it shows the old style log on screen with "Owner" in the user name box and
no other choices. There are three accounts I can see them in the control
panel User Accounts.
how can I correct this problem?

Try Power Toy's Tweak UI from Microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
Install, run and under Logon you will find check boxes to select the
accounts you want displayed.
In the Autologon option, 'Disable' it by un-checking the 'Logon
automatically' (if it is checked) option.
