logon popup in Outlook2000

I installed Outlook 2000 on a system and whenever you click the desktop icon, it automatically goes into the user mailbox without prompting for the user ID and password.

Where do I reconfigure that in Outlook 2000 so the user must give her ID and password? Thanks.
 
Exchange mailbox or pst-file?
