Logon Message

I want to create a POP UP message that displays a message to our users before
they logon the domain. Sort like the Older Win 9X Profile Script. Is there a
way to do this on XP? I know that I performed an upgrade from 98 to XP when
the 98 system had Profiles enabled and the script worked.

You can do it. There are many sites with XP tweaks. Try a Google search if
you don't get a detailed response.
