Logon/logoff pix?

I made the mistake of playing a picture file from a radio station's web
site. It installed itself in a way that makes it appear whenever I log
on or off of my Win2KP system. Can someone tell me how to get rid of
it? Thanks.

log on using your normal profile
open your display properties by right clicking on the desktop and selecting
properties
open the Desktop tab and select the errant picture as your desktop picture
and click apply
then select (None) as the background picture and click apply
then exit the display properties applet
