Logon Locally for Domain Controller

Hello, Hopefully some one can help. I deleted all
entries in the logon locally policy. Now I can't logon,
what a concept! Any suggestions? Would terminal
services still work? Thank you!
 
No. You should define who have access to logon locally in the local policy
at the particular Domain Controller.

Thanks Christoffer, But I can't get log on to the domain
controller to change anything. Any other suggestions?

You don't need to. Just login to a workstation that is a domain member,
then use the admin tools from that machine.
