Logon issue

We just recently re-installed Windows 2000 professional on
my workstation. Just before you can access the logon
window I'm prompted to perform a "Control-Alt-Delete" to
be able to move on to the "logon" screen. Prior to re-
installing Windows 2000 this was not necessary. After
computer startup the next screen that would appear was
the "logon" screen. Does anyone know how to get rid of
the extra step?
 
Even though I wrote this for Windows Server 2003, it should still be the
same on Windows 2000:
