Logon is very slow. Switch user fine

I saw the below post and Wow, this is exactly the information I was looking for on the pc to try to fix. I am experiencing the SAME problem and it is driving me batty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could someone please assist me with the below?????
I would *greatly* appreciate an email reply as I will possibly forget to look back onto this site.

You can also download Bootvis from Microsoft. Bootvis is a Boot
performance trace visualization tool for use with Windows XP systems.
It gives a graphical view of what processes are doing what and when
during boot and allow you to optimize your boot up. After you've done
your troubleshooting, remember to turn off tracing.

I to am having the same problem. I have serval people that logon to the same computer and just a few days ago the logon process started getting very slow. What use to take a few seconds now takes about 1 to 2 min. What could to problem be? I have removed all installed software to see if this was the problem and nothing seems to help. My account is the admin. but it don't matter the level of the logon. It is still slow. Plesae respond to this fourm. If need be I will give my email address
