I am using a laptop from work that used to be my boss' machine. He told me that he had changed it so I was the main user and gave me the password I need to use. I put in my name as the user name. Today, when I turned it on, there was a message that said 'In 13 days, your logon will expire. Do you want to" and then it ended. I got 'yes' and 'no' options and had to alt-control-delete to get away from it. I don't want the logon to quit but don't know how to prevent it because I can't read the rest of the message. Any ideas what it says or which option I should choose?

If it's from a work network it may be asking if you want to change your
password now, before the expiration of your old password. If the machine is
no longer hooked in to the network, this obviously will not work. If you are
going to be using the machine for personal use, you might want to reinstall
the OS, and get rid of the network associations.
