Logon Error;

Dear All,

Sometimes, when I boot from XPe, the following error appears.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error Message:The instruction at "0x7198e98c: refernced memory at
0x38010145", the memory could not be written.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

When I Click OK, the blue screen appears with the following error
message.

STOP: C000 021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with
a status of 0xc000 0005 (0x0000 0000 0x0000 0000).
The system has been shut down.

What could be possible reason behind this?

Could anyone help me regarding this.

Without knowing what's at that address, it's tough to tell.
When I Click OK, the blue screen appears with the following error
message.

You can do a search on Stop codes on http://msdn.microsoft.com or
http://support.microsoft.com, but in most cases, a stop code like this
is caused by a bad driver or service.
