\
so how do i fix this? it says :
a recently installed program has disabled the welcom screen and fast user
switching to restore these fetures you must un instal the program. the
following file name might help you identify the program that made the change:
MSGINA.DLL

so i uninstalled it and its still says that

Hello Kingston

Give the following a try...it should resolve the issue:

Resolution 1:
1) Boot to Recovery Console off the WinXP CD or Boot with a Win98/ME Boot Disk
2) Expand the file off the XP CD to the C:\Windows\System32 directory
expand E:\I386\msgina.dl_ C:\Windows\system32\msgina.dll
3) Exit Recovery Console and you should be able to login in to windows XP

Resolution 2:
If you get the error message "Unable to Expand the Files"
1) Boot from the XP CD
2) Choose to Install Windows XP
3) Agree to the EULA
4) Choose R to Repair the Current Windows XP Installation

After repairing Windows XP you should be able to boot into XP just fine.
