Logo Not Visible

Our company logo is in the header of our word (2003) documents. It's not
always visible when our in house COM-Addin is loaded.

The Addin makes no calls to the header or processes images. I know that
because I wrote it. Howevever, something I'm doing is having an adverse
affect.

I realize this is not a COM Addin site, but could someone give me some
general troubleshooting tips on using graphics in your word documents?

The original file format of the image is .eps
