Logitech Quickcam Connect and Windows XP

My PC with Windows XP has Pentium III, 500 Ram etc. When I start my
Logitech Quickcam Connect and I begin to speak, the PC restarts
immediately and again and agan and so on.It.s a big problem for me.
Please help.
