I've had a Logitech Harmony 900 for the last couple of years to control our TV, Amp, Sky, etc... It's a very clever all-in-one remote that you can program via PC and then use a combination of touchscreen and buttons to control a home cinema setup. It's only worth it if you've got several devices to control (I think we had 5 on it!). It uses RF to communicate with a main IR hub and two smaller IR blasters, so you can hide your Sky box etc... behind cupboards or a different room and it'll still work.
We've changed setup and no longer need it, so up for sale it goes . It's in good condition, works great and has all of the hardware it came with (USB cable not in photo, but that's included too). I'll try and find the software CD and manual, but newer downloads are available on the Logitech site (which I'd recommend using anyway!).
