I would like to speed up the frame rate.
The pix are very slow and jerky.
I purchased two, and one is in montreal and one
is in new jersey. would that have anything to do with the
pix? Thanks for any help.

You do not mention what kind of a connection you have. Are you at
high-speed, or dial-up? Even at high speed, frame-rates are still not
going to be smooth. With a dial up account you'd be lucky to be able
to both video and voice at the same time.
