I use Outlook Express and recently received an email from Microsoft saying,
at the end of June, it would no longer be available. I'm trying to switch to
Outlook 2003. I've transferred all my folders, emails, and contacts. Every
time I try to send/receive, I'm repeatedly asked for login name and password.
I enter them and am then told the login id is invalid. I've followed all
the steps to reset my user name and password, but I keep getting the same
response.
