Logging TS logon/off and session activity...

I have been asked by our owner (control freak) to provide details on when
users are logging in and how long they were on line, and what apps they were
runing.

Is there any way to provide this type of information ?

I am not aware of any logging for this info. I have had

several users monitor the time connected, and it ranges
from 3-5 minutes, even without any apps loaded.
