Logging the boot

Is there a way to record which files my W2K is loading/running while
booting, preferably with start/end time of each one?
I've seen some ".log" files at the System32 folder but they're not readable.
I would really like to check why sometimes the boot takes so long to
accomplish.
Thanks,
Marcio

F8 at startup and choose "Enable boot logging" The file created from the
"Enable boot logging" startup option is written to %windir%\ntbtlog.txt

Yes, that helped to see what was being loaded, but unfortunatelly does not
keep track of how long each one took.
Is there a way to do that step-by-step?
