When I turned on my PC and clicked on my name, my homepage came on the
desktop quickly. I use two different passwords. Forgot one of them and
created a new one. Now I have to type in my password to get to my homepage.
Would like to have it the way I had it before.

I don't understand...
So your turned on your computer and the "Welcome" screen came up.
You entered the password and then after you logged in, Internet Explorer
opened and went to your Web Page that you designed and have to sign in on?

Control Panel, User Accounts. Choose the user you want to change and change its password to nothing/blank.
