Logging On Using My Profile Instead of Default Program

"Windows can not load users profile but has logged you on with the default program for the computer". "System attempted to load or restore a file into the registry but the specified file is not in a registry file format." Once it is logged on using the default program, everything looks set up to me (including the Administrator Account) and program operates normally!!
 
It looks like you have a corrupted profile - see:
