I really need help. I have set a password on the administrator/guest and
user, now it won't let me log in onto the computer (I know the password is
right). So what am I doing wrong.

Have you tried logging in using this format:

domainname/username (could be \ instead)
fileservername/username (could be \ instead)

One of these should work to let you in, if issues with supplying
normal usernames/passwords.

I don't mean to soud stupid but I don't know to much about computers. So
what is a fileservername and a domain name? Can you please give me an
examplt. Thank you kindly.

I've tried User\username + pw. Administrator\ username + pw. Now it tell me
local policy of this system dowes not permit you to logon interactively. So
should through the computer out .

The domain would be what the machine is a member of, or normally if
not in a domain it’s set to workgroup.

The machine name is what you would type. So examples would be:

workgroup\administrator

or

mymachinename\administrator

This would have been whatever you called it when you installed the
Operating System.
