Logging On To Mac OSX

I'm trying to log on to my Mac OSX 10.3.9, but all online resources do not
work. Any suggestions? I have tried the following site:

None of them work. Please advise!

This is a Vista Mail group, try Vista Networking_Sharing or Vista General..
