logging off

1 out of 6 user accounts hangs at saving your settings
when logging off. The only way to get out of this is to
turn off the computer. It's a limited account. How can I
fix this problem.

turn off the computer. It's a limited account. How can I
fix this problem.

Create a new limited account. Test to see if it has the same behavior. If
it does not, compare the differences between the test account and the
account giving trouble. Most likely the problem will be one of the
additional add on programs allowed to load at startup.
