Is it possible in OL '02 to login to another users
mailbox without changing from my login to theirs?
According to "Managing Microsoft Exchange Server" by Paul
Robichaux it is possible in OL '97. His instruction is as
follows:
-TOOLS menu > SERVICES
-Open PROPERTIES for Exchange Server Service
-Switch to the ADVANCED tab
-Set LOGON NETWORK SECURITY GROUP to NONE
According to Paul this will cause OL to prompt for a
username, pw and domain each time you login with this
profile, which is exactly what I want. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

Thanx,
Garrett at Forest Home

Yes you can this option through Tools | E-Mail Accounts | View or Change
Existing E-mail Accounts | Next | <select account> | Change | More Settings

I've done that and added another user's (Exchange 2003) mailbox to my
Outlook 2003. The other user's mailbox shows up in my folder list,
but when I click on it, I just get a gray screen with this message:

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not
access the specified folder location

I've set permissions in the other person's Outlook Calendar that makes
me a 'Authoring Editor'. I can go in the other way
(File-->Open-->Another User's folder-->etc) and view his calendar just
fine, but I need it in the folder list.

You'll need to set at least the Folder Visible permission on that person's
top-level mailbox folder to access it through your own folder list.

Thanx guys! With your input I'm sure I'll be able to
come up with a suitable work-around. I really appreciate
your help.
