If you have no other account setup that you have not forgotten the password
to that are also administrators then you will have to reinstall the OS.
This will result in the loss of access to any data encrypted (if you have
not exported the relevant certificates or created a recovery agent and
exported it's certs and keys), as well as requiring all applications etc to
be reinstalled.
There are some (in some cases very expensive) third party tools that claim
to be able to reset the administrator account. A search on any Internet
search engine will point you to them. Use them at your own risk.
