Logging in to Windows 2000 Domain - How do you know?

Jim

Have a network with Windows 2000 Server, Netware 5.1, and
XP clients.

I'm not sure if I'm logging into the Windows 2000 Domain
server. I'm trying to run the utility GPMC.msc(group
policy manager for windows 2000 from XP). GPMC
replys 'you must log on to the computer with a domain
account'. The account that is logged in is a domain
account, I'm not sure if I'm logged into the domain or
not.

How do you tell if you are logged into the Windows 2000
Domain server?

Thanks,
Jim

Press Control-Alt-Delete on the client. This will show you how you are
logged on.

Used ctrl-alt-delete and found:

Netware Login Information:
Jim is logged into NDS Tree ACMEINC as
CN=Jim.OU=Information Services.O=Corporate

Windows Login Information:
Jim is logged in as CPXP/Jim

Jim is logged into Netware and Windows XP.

How does Jim log into Windows 2000 while still being
logged into Netware 5.1?
