Logging Devices Connecting to PC

XP Home / Pro.

When I'm using my PC I can hear a USB device disconnect then reconnect to
the PC, but I'm not to sure what it is.

My PC has some internal USB Devices so this could be hard to trace.

Is there anyway to log what devices are connecting and disconnecting to and
from the PC ?

IE: add an entry to event viewer as it happens ??
