Scenario:

I have XP laptop configured for one Windows 2003 domain. I want to be able
to login into another Windows 2003 domain and use local resources like
printer, Internet (managed by ISA) and save my profile for next use. I have
valid AD accounts on both domains.

Experience:

It's painfully slow to log into another domain. Sometimes I am able to
configure a printer in another domain and next time I login, it's gone. If I
try to access IE, sometimes the ISA will prompt for authetication. Othertimes
comes back with error massage. What the best way to handle this situation??

You probably are having name resolution (DNS) problems. If you can configure
a secondary zone for the other domain on your local domain's DNS server,
that should do it.

These domains are non-trusted. Is your solution still holds?

Let's say I am (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed). Testdomain and
Testdomain2 are non-trusted.

I would like to be abel to login as MrA into testdomain and MrA into
testdomain2 and be able to use printer/file/Internet resources.

If your domains are non-trusted, how do you log into all of them on the same
computer? A windows box can only be a member of one domain.

He's logging in off cached credentials.
