Logged User info

Hello,
Is there a way to find out the list of people who is
currently logged on in the NT-domain and information like,
when they logged and the machine logged on?

Program should not be run on the domain-server with admin
privileges.

Not entirely sure but, I think you might need the enterprise edition for
this. ? Try google.
