Logged on to Windows Server, but cannot see directories on WindowsMe Machine

Please Help...

I have set up a new Windows 2003 (Sim. to 2000) Server and
have successfully connected two machines which have
Windows XP installed; however, I cannot get my third
machine Windows-Me machine to see directories. It logs on
successfully, but cannot see the directories or files.

It has the same logon rights assigned as the other two XP
machines.

What's the deal !?!?!?!
