Hello,

Could anyone point out advantages and disadvantages of Apache's Log4net and
Microsoft's Exception Management Application Block?

I am leaning towards log4net, but I've read it can give you trouble when
logging custom Exceptions derived from ApplicationException, is this true?

Anyone out there with good or bad experiences with these components?

Thanks

Some time ago, there was an article comparing MS EIF (which internally uses
the Excpetion Management block) vs. log4net on www.theserverside.net.
