I have been using XP Pro under the
default "Administrator" User. I then decided to Create
Other accounts (3) of which only the last 2 appear on the
Welcome screen. They do not give me access to eg Outlook
files, Internet favourites etc. How do I revert to the
original situation or alternatively, how do I log on as
administrator

In XP Pro you can type CTL-ALT-DEL twice at the log on screen to get a
different log on screen where you can select the administrators account.
Logged on in that account you should be able to copy your Outlook,
Favorites and other files to your other profile.

If you want to be able to log on under the Administrator account by
adding that account to the welcome screen, Doug Knox has written a small
program that will add this ability. More info available at
