How can I bypass the Log On Screen???

Click Start, and choose Run.
Type in "control userpasswords2" (without quotes).
You'll get a dialogue.
Look at the first checkbox, at the top.
Uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer".
Click OK.
