I just coould not log on to have access to other pc.
I am the administrator.. Any solution?

I just added my name and username on USER account on other pc with account
type:limited (not administrator) and now remote desktop connects
successfully. It is because administrator does not have password (protected
password) unless you make the correction for me.

That's exactly what I said. You need a password for the account that you're
trying to connect with. You should really add a password for the
"Administrator" account if the machines are connected to the Internet.

I see, Jack. I will see what I can do with the Administrator account.
Now I think I see what you mean. I can add password to the administrator
like I do with limited type accounts. thank you.
