Log on to windows 2000

I made a mistake. I changed my profile and now I cannot
log on to windows. I try "safe mode" and when I insert my
password and click "ok" it says: "The system could not log
you on". Please, help. I'm out of my office traveling out
of my network.
 
Log on under your admin account, then change the
password of your normal account. You may need to
ask your system administrator for the password of
the admin account.
