Hello--

For some reason my windows log on password will no longer
work! How did i get in and when i do how do i change the
password back?

Check your ownersmanual for your mother board as how to
clear your CMOS. That's the only way I know of...

Clearing the CMOS table copy of BIOS won't do anything to fix the problem of
entering the username and password at the Windows login. The OP said the
problem was at the *Windows* login, not at the bootup after the POST.

Caps Lock is a V good Suggestion - as its case sensitive.

If that fails use on of the linux reset utils to reset admin password to
blank then login as admin and reset user accounts .
Google for linux admin resett or I think this link still valid . It
works on all versions of windows , it just bypasses the ms security .
The link Im giving you I think doesnt work too well on high encrytion
but there are hundreds of others.
