Hello I am one of five network admins on our company’s domain.
Our computers are from one side of the country to the other and when we
remote control users pc sometimes they are not there. But to be able to
repair some of the user’s problems we need to log onto the users profile on
the pc. A lot of times the user is not there to type in there password or to
tell us there password. Is there a way that we can use our network admin
credentials and log onto to a user’s local profile with our own password?
Example
We log on to the pc and the users name is in the user name section.
User name: user
Password : Blank
Domain: Company
Is there a way to add my profile name after the users name to allow me to
log onto the users pc under there profile name with out worrying about
finding there own password
