Greetings All;
i am working as a system administrator for a service center where the users
here are working in shifts, the 2nd shift users are complaining that when
they came to computer they found it locked by the 1st shift users,and VICE
VERSA so i need to find a solution where i can inforce the user not to lock
the computer instead he must log off, i am thinking to disable CTRL+ALT+DEL
lock option is enough for this situation through GPO, and if i did this if
the user press windows logo button and L will be able to lock the computer.

Howdie!

Look at the following policies:
User Conf\Adm Templ\System\Ctrl+Alt+Del Options - "Remove Lock Computer" and
User Conf\Adm Templ\System\Login&Logoff "Disable Lock computer"

You of course need to have a look at your screensavers. If they're
configured to lock the machine after a certain time of inactivity,
you'll also need to configure a policy that changes this.

cheers,

Florian
