If you mean what i think you mean, ie, the MRU lists, then no, i don't think
so. But if you want to do that theres plenty of Freeware progs that will.
MRU Blaster springs to mind.

Perhaps this might be what you are thinking about,
search the help system for
clear pagefile
and it will lead you to
Security Options
and
Shutdown: Clear virtual memory pagefile
which talks about the security of clearing that at shutdown.

But that doesn't happen at logout, if I read it correctly

Hi,

when you log off, the RAM isn't cleared out nor are the TIF or temp files.
When you shut down and wait like 30 seconds then restart, the RAM will be
cleared, but the TIF and Temp files will still be there. As long as there
is power, the RAM will keep whatever it has in it (excluding CMOS battery
power). I beleive you can set up IE to delete all temp files and cookies
when shutting down either IE or the comp, but not sure about emptying the
Temp folder. The TIF and Temp folder is use just to hold necessary data for
whatever is running. But to clear the RAM, you need to shutdown, unless
they came out with a program to purge the RAM on the active system.
