I am unable to log in. it gets to the screen to choose a user but there is no
user to choose. I use the Ctrl Alt Delete and it ask for the administrator to
sign in but I have no username or password set up, so I can not get to the
desktop screen?
 
"Usually" the Administrator account has no password (ie blank).
When at administrator login tab to password and just press "enter"
Setup your "user" account in Control Panel. assign password or leave blank.
restart and login as your self ()give yourself "admin" account.
or
If you thought you originally had an account, erase "administrator", and
type in your username and password.
 
You may have more problems than just login. But here are some ways to get
past Admin login.
They require booting from a disk or cd. the software makes the disk and
paaword reset utility.


The Administrator password is usually set/established during the
installation of Windows.

Did yuo install Windows or was it already installed?
If you did, try to rememeber what yuo used.

If not there are various programs out there to reset the Admin password so
it becomes blank ie no password.
