Dear sir/miss/misses,

When I give up my right username and password, Windows Mail won't make
aconnection with the server. Do you know a solution for this problem?

Have you configured Windows Mail per instructions provided by your ISP?
Since you are having connectivity issues, consider contacting your ISP's
technical support for assistance.
 
Just how do you know that it won't make a connection with the server?

Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
