log in screen driving me mad!!!!

Hi,
I am trying to watch dvd's on my pc but after a few minutes the computer keeps going back to the "select user" screen.I can still hear the audio but when i click on my user icon it goes back to the original dvd screen but the program crashes and i have to start again.
so,what i need to know is how can i disable this screensaver/power saving feature so i can watch a whole dvd without it going back to the "select user" screen after a few minutes?

ps It is not only dvd's.....any time i dont touch the pc for a while it logs out onto the user screen.

Go to [Start] > [Settings] > [Control Panel] > [Power Options].
