Log in - Profile error

Hi everyone,

since I bought a new XP machine and configured it to log into my domain I
keep getting the following error: (please excuse bits missing but the error
goes away after 30 seconds) - To be perfectly honest I cannot see anything
wrong with the PC and I think it is safe to ignore but it is slightly
annoying.

Windows cannot load the users profile but has logged you in with ....

The system has attempted to load or restore the default.... or the file is
not in registry format.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks Tau,

I did have a read at those... one thing that they do not clarify is which
profile is corrupt (user on machine or user on domain)
