Log in page hijacked

was told to remove certain things from my main directory:
please don't laugh but was is the main directory and how
do you remove things from there?
 
Not sure what you were told - got a quote/link? I don't know what they mean
by "main directory" either.

When you say your login page was hijacked, what do you mean?
