Not I; neither I nor anyone else on this newsgroup works for Microsoft (I
presume you're talking about Microsoft software, though you don't say). This
is a volunteer-staffed technical support newsgroup for questions about the
database software Microsoft Access.
Please scroll down the list of subject areas and find one for the software
you're trying to use; post a *comprehensible* question (i.e. including the
name of the software you're trying to install, its version, the version of
Windows you're using, error messages, etc.) and one of the volunteers might be
able to help. Do NOT post the software key.
