Log-in from ScreenSaver

This PC once belonged to a Donna, I now own it but she gave me log-in
password. The Screensaver is set to require the Password, however it shows
Donna as User Name. How can I change that?

Create a new username / profile and move all your data over to this new
profile. An article that explains how to do this is:

After you do that, delete the old profile.
