Log file

I have a file on the network, which is being used and modified by
multiple users. Is there any way to create a log file to track details
about changes made by different users. Details like username date time
etc.

You can share the workbook (Tools>Share Workbook), then turn on tracking
(Tools>Track Changes).

Some functions aren't available in a shared workbook though, so this
option might not be feasible for you.
