J jaxpatsfan Jan 13, 2005 #1 mine seems to lock up when it scans a movie i have on my harddrive.Any suggestions? thanx rick
B Bill Sanderson Jan 13, 2005 #2 do something with the movie for long enough to get a good scan? Move it to a CD or DVD? consider renaming it so that it doesn't get scanned, and then renaming it back. I believe that can be done safely if you are careful.
