I've tried using the anti spy program; however, it gets
to an Altnet file (which I haven't been able to remove
any which way), and locks up. What gives?

- Download/Install CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com

- Download/Install Lavasofts Adaware

- Download Winsockfix, just a precaution if you loose your LSP.

- Restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot

- Run CCcleaner and remove all temporarily junk.

- Run Adaware

- Run MSAS

- Restart
